How much does an accountant cost in Blackpool?

For most sole traders, landlords and small limited companies on the Fylde Coast, the answer at Sorley is simple: £298 a year for a Self Assessment tax return, £495 a year for limited company accounts and corporation tax, and £180 a quarter if you are VAT registered. Payroll and bookkeeping are added on top only if you need them.

Many firms only give a price once you have filled in a form or booked a call. We publish ours because a fixed fee agreed up front means no surprise invoices, and it means everyone pays the same for the same work.

What is included

  • Self Assessment: income, expenses, property, dividends and pension income reviewed, every relief you are entitled to claimed, your tax bill shown clearly and the return filed with HMRC, with payment reminders
  • VAT returns: Making Tax Digital VAT prepared and submitted each quarter, with ongoing advice when rules change
  • Limited company accounts: year end accounts and corporation tax prepared and filed with Companies House and HMRC, with tax saving guidance included
  • Payroll: payslips, real time submissions to HMRC and statutory payments handled every pay run

What changes the price

Our published fees cover the core service. The things that change your total are which services you need and, for payroll, how many people you pay. Bookkeeping is the one service we always quote individually, because it depends on how many transactions you have and how your records are kept. Whatever you need, you will have a fixed price in writing before any work begins.
